前 言

PREFACE

      由深圳市文化广电旅游体育局、深圳市文学艺术界联合会、罗湖区人民政府共同主办，罗湖区委宣传部、罗湖区文化广电旅游体育局承办的“深圳国际摄影周”于2014年落地罗湖，每两年举办一届，已成功举办三届，吸引了从国际著名摄影大师、国内摄影名家到众多摄影爱好者的热情关注和积极参与，并随着深圳首展后在全国巡展，持续彰显深圳市的艺术品位及文化影响力。作为经国家文化和旅游部批准的国际性文化活动，成为深圳文化的重要品牌，在丰富深圳市民文化生活、促进深圳文化事业发展方面，作出了应有的贡献。

      今年是中国共产党成立100周年。深圳市文化广电旅游体育局、深圳市文学艺术界联合会、罗湖区人民政府再次共同主办第四届深圳国际摄影周，既是继续认真贯彻党的十九届六中全会精神的具体举措，也是向世界展现中国的文化自信和使命担当。在国家文化和旅游部因疫情收紧国际间文化艺术交流活动的困难情况下，我们在严格做好疫情防控基础上，努力克服一切困难，积极稳妥推进第四届深圳国际摄影周各项筹备工作，成功获国家文化和旅游部批准。经广泛征稿，共收到美国、英国、德国、法国等42个国家和地区艺术家提交的6000余幅作品。本着“公开、公正、透明”，坚持“国际性、学术性、创新性”原则，最终评选出580件优秀作品进行展出。主要活动包括：第四届深圳国际摄影周作品展、向经典致敬——摄影史上著名摄影家经典原作展、中外当代摄影家系列展、第三届“精彩罗湖”优秀摄影作品展。

      罗湖作为“特区长子”和改革开放先行区，创造了举世瞩目的深圳奇迹，涌现出许多的“中国第一”，拥有深厚而精彩的改革开放文化记忆。迈入新时代，罗湖以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，积极抢抓“双区”驱动、“双区”叠加和深圳实施综合授权改革重大机遇，锚定“产业引领 服务升级”两大关键，高质量建设“湾区枢纽 万象罗湖”，积极推动中外文化交流互鉴，培育具有强大国际影响力和广泛国际知名度的文化活动品牌，奋力打造社会主义现代化可持续发展先锋城区。

我们致力于将深圳国际摄影周打造成为深圳了解世界、世界了解深圳的重要平台和窗口。它既是促进中外摄影艺术交流和繁荣的一个良好平台，也是深圳市民特别是罗湖居民近距离欣赏世界摄影大师作品的一个绝佳机会。作为落地于罗湖区的国际性常设文化交流项目，它必将有助于城区的文化艺术繁荣、文化软实力提升和文化影响力扩大。我们也将更加坚定文化自信，强化责任担当，通过办好“深圳国际摄影周”，进一步强化罗湖乃至深圳的摄影创作、研究、展示及对外交流优秀基地的建设。

      本届国际摄影周得到了美国摄影学会(PSA)、国际摄影家协会（GPU）、国际摄影师联盟（IPF）、全球华人摄影联合会（GCPA）及世界各国摄影组织与机构的大力支持。最后，向为本次展览提供大力支持的主承办方、各相关机构，以及为展览评选付出辛勤努力的专家评委和工作人员表示诚挚的感谢。祝第四届深圳国际摄影周取得圆满成功！

      The "Shenzhen International Photography Week" is held every two years in Luohu as its permanent venue and has been successfully held for three sessions. The first session in 2014 was co-sponsored by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, Shenzhen Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Luohu District People's Government, and undertaken by the Publicity Department of the CPC Luohu District Committee and Luohu District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau. It has attracted the enthusiastic attention and active participation of many renowned photographers from China and other countries, as well as many photography enthusiasts. After the first stop in Shenzhen, it continued its national tour to manifest the artistic style and cultural influence of Shenzhen. As an international cultural activity approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, it has become an important cultural brand of Shenzhen, and has made due contribution to enriching the cultural life of Shenzhen citizens and promoting the development of cultural undertakings in Shenzhen.

      This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. On this occasion, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, Shenzhen Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Luohu District People's Government once again co-hosted the 4th Shenzhen International Photography Week. It is not only a practical action to continue to earnestly implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, but also a window for the world to discover China's cultural confidence and global pledge. Under the challenging situation that the Ministry of Culture and Tourism tightened the international cultural and artistic exchange activities due to the pandemic, we have made efforts to rise to the challenges on the basis of strict pandemic prevention and control, advanced the preparation works for the 4th Shenzhen International Photography Week in an active and steady manner, and successfully obtained the approval of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. After an extensive solicitation process, we have received more than 6,000 entries from the artists from 42 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Based on the rules of "openness, fairness, and transparency" and the principles of "international, academic, and innovative", we finally shortlisted 580 outstanding entries for the exhibition. The main activities include: the 4th Shenzhen International Photography Week Photo Exhibition, A Tribute to the Classics—Classical Original Works Exhibition of Famous Photographers in the History of Photography, Series Exhibition of Contemporary Chinese and Foreign Photographers, and the 3rd "Wonderful Luohu" Excellent Photography Exhibition.

      Luohu, as the "first special economic zone" of China and the pilot zone of reform and opening up, has created the miracle of Shenzhen under the world spotlight, and ranked "No.1 of China" many times to leave a profound and wonderful cultural imprint of reform and opening up. In the new era, Luohu, under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, will seize the historical opportunity brought by Shenzhen’s pilot measures of comprehensive authorized reform and the "dual-area driving" and "dual-area overlapping" of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics, grasp the two key points of “led by industries, upgraded in services”, and advance the high-quality development of "Luohu, the Hub of the Bay Area". Moreover, the District will also promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and other countries, build cultural event brands with strong international influences and wide international fames, and strive to itself into a modern and sustainable pioneer district of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

We are committed to building the Shenzhen International Photography Week into an important platform and window for connecting Shenzhen to the world. It is not only an excellent launchpad to promote the exchange and prosperity of Chinese and international photographic art, but also a golden opportunity for Shenzhen citizens, especially those in Luohu District, to appreciate the works of the world photography masters at close range. As a permanent international cultural exchange campaign in Luohu District, it will definitely contribute to the prosperity of culture and art, the improvement of cultural soft power and the expansion of cultural influence in the urban area. We will also strengthen our cultural confidence and responsibilities to make sure the successful conclusion of the "Shenzhen International Photography Week", thus further promoting the establishment of excellent bases for photography creation, research, exhibition and international exchange in Luohu and even Shenzhen.

      This year's Shenzhen International Photography Week has received strong support from the Photographic Society of America (PSA), International Photographers Association (GPU), International Photographers Federation (IPF), Global Chinese Photography Association (GCPA)，and other photography organizations and institutions around the world. Finally, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the sponsors and undertakers and related organizations and institutions who have provided great support to this exhibition, as well as the expert jury and staff who have worked hard for the evaluation and selection. 为做好疫情防控工作，保障广大观众健康平安，罗湖美术馆疫情期间入馆规定如下：

一、入馆参观需预约：1、网上预约：关注罗湖美术馆微信公众号-点击“参观预约”进行预约；2、在美术馆开放时间内致电0755-82340049进行预约；3、现场登记预约。

二、观众入馆均需佩戴口罩，提供本人实时“深i您”健康码、行程卡进行核对与登记，并接受体温测量。

三、如有体温异常（≥37.3℃），或有咳嗽、气喘等异常现象的人员谢绝入馆。

四、入馆人员在馆内需全程佩戴口罩，排队和观展时请与他人保持1.5米以上距离，避免聚集。

五、如身体不适，请立即与工作人员联系，遇紧急情况，须服从工作人员指挥。

六、展厅瞬间人流量达120人时，将实行人流控制措施，请耐心等候。

七、开放时间：9:00-17:00（16:45停止入场），逢周一闭馆（法定节假日除外）。
