Hi my friends. In your daily life, I’m sure that a lot of people talk you down, right?

大家好，在你的日常生活中，我敢说一定会有很多人泼你的冷水。对不对？

But it doesn’t matter. People talk you down, but you can’t talk yourself down ok. You have to talk yourself up.

但没关系。他们泼你冷水，但你不能自己给自己泼冷水！明白吗？你要给自己打气！

They talk you down, because they don’t wanna see you work up, you got it? But if you talk yourself down, then will really go down.

他们泼你冷水，是因为他们见不得你好！明白吗？但如果你给自己泼冷水，那你就真是凉了！

So you have to talk yourself up, and then you can work up. Remember that you have to talk yourself up always.

所以，你要给自己打气，你才能够攻坚克难！记住，你要一直不断的给自己打气！
